Tawna Eubanks McCoy co-owns Hidden Gym with her husband Greg, and has competed at the professional level as an IFBB Pro — the highest tier of physique competition. Her experience as a professional athlete and fitness model shapes the standard the gym holds for its facilities, coaching, and community.

Alongside running four DFW locations, Tawna is a community advocate: her work with Buddy Up for Life supports fitness programming for people of all abilities, and she and Greg are regulars at community events across Allen and the surrounding cities.

Members see the owners on the floor, not just on the wall — Greg and Tawna built Hidden Gym to be the kind of place they'd want to train in themselves.
